RETURN POLICY

At BAZZIKO, we strive to provide high-quality products, and we understand that unforeseen incidents may occur during transportation or production. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines and conditions outlined below:

1. Inspection Prior to Installation/Handling
Before installation or handling, it is crucial to thoroughly inspect the goods for any superficial or functional damage resulting from transportation or production incidents. If any issues are detected, please notify our customer service (administration@hbellorin.com) immediately to proceed with the necessary steps.

2. Reasons for Returns
BAZZIKO considers the following reasons as eligible for returns:

1.1 Manufacturing defect.
1.2 Breakage or loss during transport (Please notify the transport company first).
1.3 Other defects. Please note that customized orders (non-standard) cannot be accepted for returns.
3. Return Procedure
Before returning any merchandise to BAZZIKO, you must inform us in advance via email, attaching all the necessary documents, such as pictures and the invoice, to support your claim.

4. Return Deadline
Claims must be made within 4 working days from the date of goods reception. If you have a warehouse, we recommend requesting an inspection.

5. Transport
Return transportation costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for the merchandise during transport.

If the reason for return is breakage or loss during transportation, please notify us immediately upon receiving the goods.

6. Packaging
For successful returns, the merchandise must be properly packed in its original packaging. All components should be securely fixed to prevent breakage or damage during transport.

If the original packaging is not available, a similar box and packaging will be required. Loose components inside the box are not allowed.

If only a specific part of the product is damaged, there's no need to send the entire product; please only return the damaged part, correctly packed.

7. Valid Warranty for 2 Years
All our products are manufactured using premium-quality materials and undergo strict quality controls. Hence, we proudly offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in material or production.

This warranty does not cover the following:

Incorrect or inadequate handling.
Breakage due to accidents.
Normal wear of the item.
Bulbs.


MAINTENANCE

Check the internal electrical circuit for good condition.
Avoid touching the lamp during operation.
Replace bulbs only when the product has cooled down.
Use non-abrasive cleaning products or solvents for cleaning.
Avoid placing the lamp in humid environments.
