uses cookies on the website www.bazzikoshop.com (hereinafter: Website) for the purposes of operating the Website, facilitating its use, ensuring a better user experience, monitoring activities carried out on the Website, and displaying relevant offers.

What are cookies?

Cookies are data files stored by a given browser on the user’s computer. They are an essential technology for the operation of efficient and modern online services providing a modern user experience and are supported by all browsers.

What is the function of cookies?

Cookies collect data regarding activities carried out by the user on their computer (on websites) and enable the Website to store individual settings and operations.

The user may individually configure/accept or reject cookies, as browsers make this possible. Cookies also enable the display of various specific types of content (e.g., videos) for the user.

How can cookies be controlled?

All browsers allow modification of cookie settings. Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default; however, these settings can generally be changed so that the browser can prevent automatic acceptance and offer the option each time whether to allow cookies.

Since the purpose of cookies is to facilitate or enable the usability and processes of the Website, preventing or deleting cookies may result in the inability to fully use the Website’s functions or may cause the Website to operate differently than intended in the user’s browser.

What is the purpose of data processing?

Identification of users, prevention of data loss, differentiation between users, tracking user sessions, and storing data provided during such sessions.

What is the legal basis of data processing?

The user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).

Deletion of Cookies

Acceptance or authorization of the use of cookies is not mandatory. The user may reset their browser settings to reject all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Although most browsers automatically accept cookies by default, these settings can generally be modified to prevent automatic acceptance and to offer the option of choice each time.

However, please note that certain website functions or services may not operate properly without cookies.

Cookies can be managed in the browser’s Tools/Settings menu under Privacy/History/Custom Settings, typically under the name cookie, tracking, or similar designation.

1. Cookies Used by the Data Controller on the Website

On this Website, the Data Controller primarily uses the following types of cookies:

Session cookie (session-id)

These are temporarily placed cookies that function only while the visitor is accessing the Website (more precisely, until the browser is closed after entering the Website). Session cookies help the Website “remember” what the user selected on the previous page, so the same information does not need to be entered again.

Persistent cookies

These are cookies that remain on the user’s device even after leaving the Website. By storing a randomly generated number, they assist in identifying Website visitors as unique users. The duration of storage depends on the type of cookie. Persistent cookies used on the Website provide important traffic data regarding Website usage.

Functional cookies

These cookies are intended to improve the user experience. They detect and store information such as the device used to access the Website or data previously provided and requested to be stored by the user, for example changes made by the user regarding text size, font type, or other customizable elements of the Website. These cookies do not track the user’s activity on other websites.

Legal basis of data processing:
Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, the legal basis of data processing is the voluntary consent of the user.

Source of data:
Collected directly from the user.

2. Data Processing by External Service Providers

The HTML code of the portal contains links originating from and pointing to external servers independent of the Data Controller. The server of the external service provider is directly connected to the user’s computer. We draw the attention of our visitors to the fact that the providers of such links, due to the direct connection from their servers and direct communication with the user’s browser, may collect user data.

The Website interface may contain information, in particular advertisements, originating from third parties or advertising service providers who are not affiliated with the Data Controller. Such third parties may also place cookies, web beacons, or use similar technologies on the user’s computer to collect data in order to send advertising messages addressed to the user in connection with their own services. In such cases, data processing shall be governed by the data protection provisions defined by such third parties, and the Data Controller assumes no responsibility whatsoever with respect to such data processing.

Detailed information regarding the processing of data by the servers of external service providers may be obtained from the data controllers listed below.

For the purpose of providing personalized services, external service providers place and read small data packages, so-called cookies, on the user’s computer. If the browser returns a previously stored cookie, the service provider handling it has the possibility to link the user’s current visit with previous ones, exclusively in respect of its own content.

2.1Cookies Placed by Google Analytics

If the user does not wish Google Analytics to measure data in the manner and for the purposes described above, they may install a browser add-on that blocks such measurement.

Further information regarding data processing carried out by Google Analytics is available at:
http://www.google.com/intl/hu/policies/

The document entitled “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps” is available at the following link:

Marketing cookies

The purpose of using cookies related to advertisements is to select advertisements that are most likely to be of interest or relevance to our visitors and to display them on the Website. These cookies also enable us to measure the performance of our campaigns.

These cookies make it possible for external service providers – including Google – to display targeted advertisements to you on other websites based on your previous visit to the Website. These cookies collect data such as which page you visited, where you clicked within the page, and how many pages you opened.

Personalized content for the user may be served by the server of the external service provider. The Data Controller’s advertisements may be displayed on internet websites by external service providers (Google). These external service providers (Google) use cookies to store information that the user has previously visited the Data Controller’s Website and, based on this, display personalized advertisements to the user (i.e., they carry out remarketing activities).

For the purpose of tracking users and displaying personalized offers – provided that the visitor has expressly consented to this via the declaration placed on the Website – the following service providers process cookies.

The Website uses the following “targeting and advertising cookies” provided by the service providers listed below:

2.2 Google AdWords

Detailed information regarding the service is available at the following links:
https://www.google.com/intl/hu/policies/privacy
https://business.safety.google/adscookies/

Users of the Website may disable these cookies by visiting the Google Ad Settings Manager and following the instructions provided there. After doing so, personalized offers from the Data Controller will no longer be displayed to them.

If the user does not wish to see remarketing advertisements, they may also disable Google’s use of cookies in the Google Ad Settings:

Legal basis of data processing:
Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, the legal basis of data processing is the voluntary consent of the user.

Source of data:
Collected directly from the user.

Possible consequences of failure to provide data:
The Website uses Google AdWords remarketing tracking codes. The purpose of this is to enable the Data Controller to subsequently target visitors of the Website with remarketing advertisements on websites belonging to the Google Display Network. The remarketing code uses cookies to tag visitors. If disabled, remarketing advertisements will not be displayed.

2.3 Facebook

The Data Controller uses social plug-ins (plugins) of the Facebook social network operated by Facebook on the Website.

If the user accesses a page of the Website that contains such a plug-in, the user’s browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s servers. Facebook transmits the content of the plug-in directly to the user’s browser and integrates it into the page. This integration enables Facebook to receive information that the user’s browser has accessed the relevant page of the Website, even if the user does not have a Facebook profile or is not logged into Facebook at that time.

Please review Facebook’s notices available at the links below regarding the purpose and scope of data collection by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and the possible settings for protecting your privacy:

Legal basis of data processing:
Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, the legal basis of data processing is the voluntary consent of the user.

Source of data:
Collected directly from the user.

If you do not wish Facebook to directly associate the data collected via the Website with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting the Website. If you use browser extensions such as a “Facebook blocker,” you may completely prevent Facebook plug-ins from being loaded.

2.4 Instagram

The Website also uses social plug-in modules (“Plugins”) operated by Instagram. These modules are indicated by the Instagram logo, for example in the form of an “Instagram Camera” symbol.

If the user clicks on the Instagram logo, they will be redirected directly to the Website’s Instagram page, and their browser will establish a direct connection with Instagram’s servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly by Instagram to the user’s browser and embedded into the Website. As a result, Instagram receives information that the user’s browser has visited the relevant page of the Website, even if the user does not have an Instagram profile or is not logged into Instagram at that time.

Information regarding the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as further processing and use of data by Instagram, can be found in Instagram’s Privacy Policy at the following link:
