SAIGON as a floor lamp introduces a vertical, lantern-like presence defined by its woven rope shade and restrained structure. The ochre polyester rope forms a textured cylindrical volume that filters light in a soft and layered way, creating depth without visual heaviness. The dark grey aluminium frame remains understated, allowing the material expression of the shade to take focus. Its proportions are carefully balanced, giving it a calm, grounded presence that works as both a lighting element and a subtle spatial marker in outdoor settings.

In our projects at HBellorín, we use floor lamps like SAIGON to create intimate zones within outdoor environments. It works particularly well in terrace corners, lounge areas, or alongside outdoor seating where a softer, human-scale light is needed. The woven shade diffuses the light gently, avoiding glare while creating a relaxed evening atmosphere. In Budapest contexts, especially in Buda hillside terraces or garden settings, this type of piece helps extend interior comfort into exterior spaces, making them more usable and inviting after sunset.

SAIGON is designed by Nahtrang for Faro Barcelona, reflecting a design approach that combines simple forms with expressive materials. The use of UV-resistant polyester rope references traditional weaving techniques while ensuring durability in outdoor conditions. Faro Barcelona integrates this material identity with practical lighting performance, resulting in a collection that balances decorative warmth with technical reliability.

At HBellorín, we selected SAIGON as a floor lamp for outdoor spaces where atmosphere matters as much as illumination. It is a piece we use to create warmth and spatial definition without introducing visual heaviness.
