ELMA Fali Lámpa – Belső Fali Világítás (Jose Fornas, 2023, Aromas del Campo)

DOUL combines a restrained architectural silhouette with the softness of textured glass. The spherical diffuser is composed of layered horizontal ribbing that subtly refracts the light source inside, creating visual depth even when the lamp is switched off. Its slim vertical stem and circular wall plate give the piece a balanced proportion that feels graphic and lightweight against the wall surface. We appreciate how the contrast between the structured metal frame and the luminous striped glass introduces texture without visual excess. The result is a compact wall lamp that reads as both decorative and highly controlled in contemporary interiors.

In our projects at HBellorín, we use wall lamps like DOUL in spaces where ambient lighting needs to feel intimate without dominating the architecture. The warm 2700K glow and ribbed diffuser create a soft layered effect that works particularly well beside beds, along corridors, or integrated into reading corners in Budapest apartments with restored plaster details and textured finishes. We also see this piece performing beautifully in boutique hospitality environments where decorative lighting needs to remain visually calm. Its compact scale allows it to function as both accent lighting and a subtle sculptural detail within layered lighting schemes.

Designed in 2024 by Pepe Fornas for Aromas del Campo, DOUL reflects the brand’s Mediterranean approach to decorative lighting through its combination of warm materials and refined geometric simplicity. Aromas del Campo is known for balancing artisanal sensitivity with contemporary forms, often using glass and metal to create understated but characterful pieces. In DOUL, the ribbed transparent diffuser becomes the defining visual element, transforming a minimal wall-mounted structure into a softly atmospheric lighting object suited to residential and hospitality contexts alike.

At Bazziko, we selected DOUL for its ability to introduce decorative texture into a space while remaining visually restrained.
